Important Dates & Deadlines
Registrations at the Advanced and Full Registration Level: 30 April 2025 (1st phase of advanced level) and from 1 to 15 May (2nd phase of Adnanced level)
After these dates registrations are submitted only at the Full Registration Level.
Cancellation Policy: 25 September 2025
In case of cancellation of registration or transaction within the above time limit, the registration fee is refunded to the holder with a deduction for administrative reasons, regardless of race, registration level and reason of cancellation. Please note that donations to NGOs are non-refundable. Read our Cancellation Policy in detail HERE.
Registration Management: 25 October 2025
Modification of registration until 25 October is possible on a case-by-case basis and a penalty fee of 5.00€ is applied for administrative reasons. Read details HERE.
Final Closure of Registrations: 1 October 2025
The registrations system will close on October 1st the latest, unless the participation limit for each race is met sooner.

*IMPORTANT1: It is noted that, runners who are not European Union Residents (refers to current residency and not nationality) can only register at the Full Registration Level regardless of the date that the registration is submitted.
*IMPORTANT2: For offline registrations, an extra charge of 5.00€ per entry is applied.
Settlement of Registration Fees
Right after you submit your registration form you can settle your registration fees ONLY by debit/credit card.
In order for the registration to be considered valid, the registration fee must be paid immediately after submitting the entry form. If the registration fees have not been settled, the registration will be canceled without prior notice.
Registration Confirmation
After you have settled your registration fee as above, a registration confirmation email will be sent to your email address within seven (7) business days. Please make sure to always check your Spam folder as well.
Submit an Individual Registration
Registrations for all races of the event will start soon.
