Procedure & General Information
Group Registration refers to the registration of at least 20 people, regardless of the race in which each member of the team chooses to participate (Marathon Race/ 10km Road Race/ 5km Road Race) and registration level. Group Registration in the 5km Universities Night Run refers to the registration of at least 20 students.
For the submission of Group Registration, places in each race are initially reserved. You can send a request of interest to the Group Registration Department of the event at [email protected] with the number of requested registrations per race and you will receive a response with our availability and instructions you will need to follow.
Please note that requests for Group Registration are satisfied only upon availability.
After the confirmation of the reservation, you will be sent a specific file of the event, to fill in the required personal details of all members of your team, as well as the details of the person you will designate as the Team Leader. The file should be sent fully completed to the competent Group Registration Department.
It should be respected and fully understood by all interested parties that in order to submit a Group Registration you must:
- strictly follow the instructions sent by the Group Registration Department and
- use only the Group Registration file, sent by the Group Registrations Department. Otherwise, there can be no uniformity and data control and the sent file will NOT be taken into account.
IMPORTANT: It is forbidden for a runner to submit more than one registration in the same race. In case a member of your Team has submitted more than one valid registration, he/she must promptly inform the Organizing Committee, otherwise only the registration submitted first will be kept active. The subsequent registration, if submitted through a Group Registration will be released to the team for management, with relevant notice to the Team Leader. Read more HERE.
You are strongly advised to thoroughly read the Participation Terms & Conditions of the event, that you consent to as submitting entry form. Also make sure that you have read the event’s Cancellation Policy.
